Upon arrival, the clients were first received by our sales director and production manager, who gave a detailed introduction to the company's development history, production scale, and quality management system in the conference room. Subsequently, under the leadership of the production manager, the clients entered our core production workshop to observe the complete production process of steel office furniture. The workshop, covering an area of 12,000 square meters, is equipped with 8 automatic production lines, including CNC cutting, precision stamping, automatic welding, and electrostatic powder coating. The production manager explained that this efficient assembly efficiency stems from two core advantages: first, the prefabrication of key components. We uniformly process and shape the main parts such as cabinet bodies and drawers in the early stage, ensuring that they can be quickly matched during assembly; second, the application of modular design, which simplifies the assembly process while ensuring the stability of product quality. "The high assembly efficiency directly reduces the packaging volume of products," the production manager emphasized. "Compared with traditional fully assembled products, our semi-finished modular products can increase the container loading capacity by 40%, thereby significantly reducing maritime transportation costs for overseas clients like you." The clients couldn't help but take photos and videos during the observation, and the technical supervisor of the delegation also carefully checked the precision of the product joints and the smoothness of the surface, nodding repeatedly in approval.
During the communication, the Philippine clients focused on the special needs of local schools and hospitals for storage furniture. They pointed out that in Philippine schools, there is a large demand for storage cabinets for student textbooks and teaching materials, while hospitals need to store medical supplies and files, which require the cabinets to have strong load-bearing capacity and anti-collision performance. The clients said that they will return to the Philippines to complete the internal approval process as soon as possible and sign the formal cooperation contract.
