The main body adopts high-quality cold-rolled steel, which has higher strength and toughness than ordinary steel. After precision cutting by automatic numerical control equipment, the panels fit tightly without gaps. The key connection parts are reinforced by seamless welding technology, making the whole cabinet structure stable and not easy to deform even when bearing 80kg of weight.

The surface treatment adopts a three-step process of pickling, phosphating and electrostatic powder coating. First, pickling and phosphating remove oil and rust on the steel surface, forming a corrosion-resistant base layer; then electrostatic powder coating ensures uniform paint adhesion; finally, high-temperature curing at 180°C makes the surface smooth and wear-resistant, with excellent rust and corrosion resistance. Even in humid environments such as basements and swimming pool changing rooms, it can maintain a good appearance for a long time.

In terms of functionality, the lockers are designed with user convenience in mind. Each locker is equipped with a high-security mechanical lock with a mutual opening rate of less than 1/1000, effectively protecting the safety of stored items. The internal space is scientifically divided, with optional adjustable laminates and hanging rods, which can flexibly store clothes, documents, tools and other items of different sizes. The door panel is equipped with a reinforced hinge, which can be opened and closed more than 50,000 times without damage, and the silent buffer design avoids noise when closing the door.

FAQ

1. Does your company provide samples? 

We provide free samples for standard products within a reasonable range (usually 1-2 pieces) to help customers inspect product quality, craftsmanship and material details. For customized products that need to be redesigned or adjusted in structure, a reasonable sample fee will be charged to cover the cost of raw materials and mold opening. The sample fee can be fully deducted when customers place a formal order with a certain quantity.

2. How to obtain samples? 

For first-time cooperative customers, before placing the first formal order, please bear the sample cost (if applicable) and express fee. After receiving the payment, our production department will complete the sample production within 3-5 working days and send it via a well-known logistics company (such as SF Express, Yunda). We will provide the logistics tracking number in a timely manner. For regular customers with a cooperative history of more than one year, we can waive the express fee for sample delivery.

3. Can you produce products in the color we specified? 

Yes, we support color customization, but customers need to meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ). The MOQ for color customization is usually 50 pieces for standard models. If customers have special needs for small-batch color customization, our sales staff can negotiate a flexible solution based on the specific order situation. We will provide a color sample card for customers to confirm before mass production to ensure color consistency.

4. What is the delivery time? 

The delivery time is determined by the order quantity and product design. For standard products with an order quantity of less than 100 pieces, the delivery time is usually 7-15 working days, including production, strict quality inspection and packaging. For customized products (such as OEM/ODM orders with special structures or large orders exceeding 500 pieces), the delivery time will be appropriately extended to 20-30 working days. After the order is confirmed, we will issue a detailed production schedule and update the production progress to customers every week.

5. Can you produce lockers according to our specific specifications? 

Of course. We have mature OEM & ODM service capabilities. Our professional design team can handle various personalized designs and requirements, such as adjusting product size, changing internal structure, adding special functions (such as electronic locks, fingerprint recognition, ventilation holes) or printing corporate logos. The process is: customer puts forward requirements → our team designs 3D drawings → customer confirms → makes samples → customer inspects samples → mass production.
